The type of 3D XYQK-CDX(3D) hydraulic pincer is the hydraulic driven machine that specializes in the building well in oil-field and making-up and breaking-out the pipe screw as the time of testing oil.( it also can be used in making-up and breaking-out the other same mode of pipe screw). This product is manufactured according to the standard of petroleum department (SY5074-85) and it is tested again and again to improve.
　　The basic structure of the machine is the gear-driven and two grades of shifting, the tight structure of satellite cam gear, the suspensory device at the mouth of the well, and the opening on the head of the pincer, and the power input adopts the cycloid hydraulic motor driving directly. The manipulator is the automatic double-gap and manual double-gap.
　　The power pincer has the characters of heavy torque 、small、light 、handling flexible、reliable and few of quick-wear parts，and it adopts the tight structure of three points satellite cam gear that the clamp rang is wide and it's no need to change the tooth board that the tubing and pipe hoop in the clamp fixed range of , furthermore the power pincer is furnished with the clamping reliably backup pincer.

The type of 3A hydraulic power pincer

　　The type of 3A hydraulic power pincer is one of the earliest products manufactured by our factory. It is small and light and have a heavy torque. The machine adopts the reversing knob to control loading and unloading pipe with the power pincer and the brake disk uses the sheet opposite friction, that the fiction is produced by high-speed screw which can prevent skidding and clamp pipes accurately.

The type of 3B hydraulic power pincer

　　The type of 3B hydraulic power pincer is the improved product to the type of 3A which is developed according to the foreign oil-field's building well tools. Its structure is simple and the clamp force is heavy, the operating and mending are convenient too. The brake disk adopts the nodular cast iron keeping in touch with the jowl board directly which possesses the performances of wear-resisting and damping. And that the friction is adjusted by screw. The type of 3B hydraulic power pincer is more suitable to the oil well which is in the adverse terms of full of thick oil , but reversing the clamp pipe needs to adjust the pincer tooth.

The type of 3C hydraulic power pincer

　　The type of 3C hydraulic power pincer is the latest type that is improved based on the type of 3A and 3B. It adopts the positive camber climbing, and controlled by cotter uranium when changes the orientation. The machine is flexible to use and the structure is simple, also can save labor when you operate, so it can be used for a long time, furthermore it is a patent of our factory.

The type of 5A hydraulic power pincer

　　The type of 5A hydraulic power pincer adopts the negative camber climbing, and it is fit to the pipe diameter ofΦ73-Φ89. The machine has the characters of heavy torque and light weight, further the principle and appearance are similar to the type of 3A but the torque is heavier than 3A's. The tubing that buckled by the type 3A or 3B or 3C has been used for a long time, and influenced by the factor of high-temper deformation, in addition to the buckled torque originally can't unload against the oil pipe, which needs a heavier torque hydraulic power pincer to finish it. And the type of 5A machine is the ideal well tool which is no injury to the tubing.

The type of 5C hydraulic power pincer

　　The type of 5C hydraulic power pincer is the improvement to the type of 5A, and it has the same working range as the type of 5A but adopts the positive camber climbing. The characters of the machine includes that the heavy torque , small volume and light weight, in addition, the suspension installation in the head of the well convenient. As long as turn the knob you will reverse the clamp pipe.

The type of 10A hydraulic power pincer

　　The type of 10A hydraulic power pincer adopts the negative camber climbing and the reversing clamp pipe is controlled by the direction knob. It is flexible and safe, the operation is easy too, which is suitable to the three types of tubing of Φ73、Φ89、Φ114. The brake disk adopts the copper slice friction, and the friction is adjusted by the screw.

The type of 10C hydraulic power pincer

　　The type of 10C hydraulic power pincer adopts the positive camber climbing and the principle is the same with the type of 10A. And it's characters are the heavy torque, light weight and simple structure. It can be used as hydraulic plate if it is matched the subsidiary device.
